Previously, the floating button would slide in from outside the screen, causing its position to vary and making it difficult to use. With this update, the button is now fixed in a consistent on-screen position from the start. Additionally, it now makes periodic “jumps” in place to attract user attention through improved visual cues.

In addition, the scenario introduced in version 2.5.0 — “providing conversations based on the currently viewed product on the product detail page” — has also been further improved.

Contextual Messaging on Product Pages

The floating button now displays tailored messages based on the product currently being viewed on the detail page. This enhancement allows users to initiate conversations more naturally and receive assistance in a context that’s relevant to the product they’re interested in.
